5 Reasons for choose us
DJCargo provides comprehensive Full Container Load (FCL) door-to-door sea freight services from China to destinations worldwide. Our one-stop logistics solution includes container haulage to the shipper’s premises for loading, export customs declaration, ocean freight, import customs clearance, duty and tax processing (where applicable), and final delivery to the consignee’s address.
We handle both 20-foot (20GP) and 40-foot (40GP/40HQ) dry containers, as well as reefer containers for temperature-controlled cargo such as fresh meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and other perishable products.
We offer reliable LCL (Less than Container Load) door-to-door sea freight services for customers shipping smaller volumes of cargo. Shipments are first delivered to our warehouse, where they are received, inspected, measured, stored, consolidated, and prepared for export before being shipped to the destination country.

FAQ
What should I do if the received cargo is short or incomplete?
If any cargo is found to be short or incomplete upon receipt, our warehouse team will first verify the shipment against the packing list and shipping documents. Small parcels will be consolidated and repacked with other small packages using woven bags, cartons, or, if necessary, plywood crates for better protection during transportation. After repacking is completed, we will update the customer with the final cargo quantity and packaging details.
Can you ship fragile goods such as glass, marble, or ceramic products?
Yes, we can arrange sea freight for fragile goods such as glass, marble, and ceramic products. However, due to the high risk of damage during loading, unloading, and transportation, many carriers are reluctant to accept these shipments. We will only accept fragile cargo if it is properly packed in strong and secure packaging. Please note that any damage caused during transit is shipped at the customer’s own risk and will not be covered by compensation.
What are sensitive cargo?
Sensitive cargo refers to goods that require special handling, customs clearance, or transportation procedures. These may include branded products, liquids, powders, batteries, cosmetics, food products, medical supplies, and other restricted or regulated items. Please contact us before shipping so we can confirm whether your cargo can be transported and advise on the most suitable shipping method.
How can I track the status of my cargo in your warehouse and during shipping?
You can track the status of your cargo at any time by using your unique shipping mark or courier tracking number in our online tracking system:
https://www.whereismycargo666.com
Our tracking system provides real-time updates on your cargo, including warehouse receiving, repacking, shipment status, and delivery progress.
What happens if my container is selected for customs inspection?
It is normal for customs authorities in China or the destination country to select containers for inspection. There is no need to worry if your shipment is chosen for a routine customs inspection.
If the customs authorities require additional information or if there is any discrepancy in the declared cargo details, please provide the correct documents as soon as possible. Our operations team will work closely with customs officers throughout the inspection process to ensure your shipment is cleared as quickly as possible.
To minimize the risk of customs delays or inspections, please provide accurate and complete shipping documents, including the packing list and commercial invoice, before your cargo is shipped.
Can you arrange cargo pickup from the shipper's location?
Yes, we can arrange a van or truck to pick up your cargo directly from the shipper’s address and deliver it to our logistics center. Pickup service is available upon request, and the transportation cost will be charged to the customer based on the pickup location, vehicle type, and cargo volume.
