Our one-stop logistics solution includes container haulage to the shipper’s premises for loading, export customs declaration, ocean freight, import customs clearance, duty and tax processing (where applicable), and final delivery to the consignee’s address.
We handle both 20-foot (20GP) and 40-foot (40GP/40HQ) dry containers, as well as reefer containers for temperature-controlled cargo such as fresh meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits, and other perishable products.

Dispatch the cargo to consignee oversea, the quantities is incorrect when receive the goods
Small parcel goods in our warehouse should be repacked together with other small packages, we should use woven bag or carton to repacking, some time use plywood crate to repacking the goods, once all goods repacked should update client total cargo quantities.
Frangible goods like glass or marble goods, ceram goods are easy be damaged when transportation ？
Sea Freight for frangible cargo normally no company wanted to ship, because its easy be damaged during load and unload process. We would carry these kind of goods if its packaging is in well condition, but any unexpected damaged caused will get no compensate

Received goods shortage after destination delivery ？
our destination delivery company will send goods to real consignee according to packing list which customer provides us, with delivery order show total package in accordance with actual delivered packages, consignee received shortage of total packages, check and count the goods which delivery guy send, feedback to us, then we settle down and find out real problem is, if the reality is lost, we will compensate customer with three times amount for freight base actual freight collected.
Cargo in container is sort out for customs inspection？
Cargo in container was sort out for inspection by customs in China or designation country is very normal, no worry about the action, in case that goods you declared is incorrect, soon provide us the corrected one, our operation will work closely with customs officer till cargo finish inspection. to prevent any risk come, the real and right packing list must provide us before cargo shipped out.
Shipper can only send cargo to logistics center, can we send car to pick up？
Yes, for sure we can send minivan or truck to pick up the goods, but the real cost will charge back from customer accordingly
